If you are using a digital camera, set it at the highest quality/largest file size available. Take the picture with little or no compression.
The more pixels your original picture has, the clearer it is when enlarged. We can accept digital files in the jpg format via email. firstname.lastname@example.org
As a basic guide for digital picture requirements, refer to the chart below:
Important Copyright disclaimer: We cannot reproduce any image that is copyright protected. By submitting a photo/digital image you attest that you own exclusive rights to the photo and/or have obtained a release from the photographer or studio.

/ Please proof carefully! Remember, you're the only one here who knows that "Bobby" is really spelled "Bobbi."
/ Upon proof approval, we are not liable for any spelling and/or date errors. Besides, you should really know your anniversary date, shouldn't you?
/ Reprints will be produced at full charge unless the initial timber is returned to Font Block. In which case, a 10% discount will be given.
/ For an additional charge of $10, we'll craft your timber in the color of your choice. Because we print on natural, organic, and otherwise-nifty materials, you should expect some variations and shifts in color. We think this is a good thing. We cannot guarantee color matching.
/ If you'd like to see an actual color test on your choice of wood, we can do that. We produce 4"x 4" sample pieces for a fee of $25. PMS color numbers are preferred for the most accurate color matching.
/ All products are intended for indoor use only.
/ Use a dry, soft cloth to clean. No chemicals or liquids on the surface.
/ Like people, wood changes and grows character with time. The grain, knots and color shifts will vary on every board. FontBlock LLC will not refund a purchase due to knots or color shifts in the wood.
